Cookie based marketing tools, such as ActiveCampaign site tracking, run by default. Where the law of your location requires your consent first, including in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Quebec, they remain off until you accept them. Where it requires an opt-out, including elsewhere in Canada, you can switch them off through the Cookie settings link in the footer. A privacy choice is stored in a first party preference cookie for thirty (30) days and then expires unless you make a new choice.

6. Examples of cookies and tools we use

The specific tools on our site may change over time. Tools currently used or configured for the site include:

  • Vercel Analytics, which helps us understand how visitors use the site to improve content and performance. It does not set cookies and is enabled by default. It is disclosed in our Privacy Policy and is not part of the optional cookie controls.
  • ActiveCampaign site tracking, which may help us measure marketing engagement and support advertising or marketing automation. It runs by default, except where the law of your location requires your consent first, in which case it loads only after you accept it.
  • Third party scheduling, media, form, or embedded service providers may set their own cookies or use similar technologies when their features are activated.

Cookie based tools may set their own cookies or use similar technologies such as pixels and device identifiers. Vercel Analytics does not set a cookie, but its provider may process measurement data as described in the provider’s own privacy documentation. The way these tools handle data is also governed by their own privacy and cookie policies.

7. Legal basis for using cookies

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another region with similar rules, our legal bases for using cookies and processing related data are:

Vercel Analytics is disclosed above and does not appear as an optional cookie checkbox because it does not set cookies. Strictly necessary storage cannot be switched off through the privacy controls because it is required to operate the site and remember your selection.

Where required by applicable law, our Services honor Global Privacy Control as a request to opt out of applicable sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising.
