13.2.2.1 Email Services Schedule.

This Email Services Schedule forms part of the Email and SMS Marketing Services Agreement. It applies only when Email Services are selected in the applicable Statement of Work or Order.

4. Email Services Schedule

4.1 Email authorization. Client authorizes Sun Locke to configure and operate the email campaigns, automations, lists, and related functionality selected in the SOW. Sun Locke may send communications only through the Client account, Sun Locke account, or other sending account identified in the SOW.

4.2 Commercial email requirements. Commercial email must use accurate sender information, accurate subject matter, required advertising identification, a valid physical postal address, and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism. Client must provide the postal address and sender information required for the applicable sending platform. Sun Locke may suspend sending if required information or a functioning opt out mechanism is missing.

4.3 Consent and suppression. Client must not provide purchased, harvested, or otherwise unauthorized contacts for marketing email. Sun Locke may suppress contacts, domains, or audiences that unsubscribe, complain, bounce, or otherwise create a deliverability or compliance concern. Client will not reimport suppressed contacts without documenting a lawful new basis and receiving Sun Locke’s written approval.
