Each one is the same five beats: where they started, what it was quietly costing them, what we did, how it felt, and what changed.

Before

White Rabbit is a tattoo studio on a busy corner of New York City, but the location alone had stopped carrying them. Bookings had been slipping below their baseline, and while a marketing team was running their socials, there was no paid engine bringing new clients through the door in a way anyone could measure. Foot traffic came and went, and there was no view of how a stranger discovering them online turned into a booked appointment.

The hidden cost

Leaning on the door and organic socials meant growth was left to chance. Bookings kept sliding under baseline while the studio had no way to reach the right new people or to see which efforts actually produced appointments. The audience most likely to book, people who already looked like their best clients, was sitting untapped in their own Instagram and client history.

What we did

We built the paid engine on data they already owned. Using their Instagram as a data pool alongside their past client records, we created lookalike audiences of the people most likely to book. We ran a testing and learning phase for about four weeks to find what worked, then shifted to a far more aggressive strategy. Because everything fed into the rebuilt site as one connected journey, we could finally see how a visitor becomes a booking and build around it, working hand in hand with the studio's existing social team.

How they felt

They had been let down before by growth left to chance, so seeing the numbers move in a way they could actually track mattered to them. As the aggressive phase started producing bookings they could trace back to the work, their trust in the process grew right along with it.

Outcome

The aggressive strategy moved real numbers. For three straight months, our funnels and ads drove a third of White Rabbit's bookings, month after month rather than in a single spike. The first month of that push alone lifted bookings fifteen percent over baseline, reversing the slide that started the whole project. Just as valuable, the studio finally had full visibility into the customer journey, so every dollar could be pointed at what actually produced appointments. They are still a client today.
