Each one is the same five beats: where they started, what it was quietly costing them, what we did, how it felt, and what changed.
White Rabbit came to us with a custom Wix site the team had been running themselves. It had grown to eighteen pages with no real navigation, so once a visitor landed somewhere, there was no clear way back. Their only options were the browser back button or retyping the address. Nothing on the site was dynamic either, which meant the team had to update the portfolio by hand every single time their work changed. For a studio whose whole appeal is the art, the site made it hard to move around and even harder to show the work.
Every visitor who got stranded on a page and could not find their way back was a booking that quietly slipped away. The portfolio, which is the single most important thing a tattoo studio can show, was buried in a structure nobody could move through. And because nothing updated on its own, keeping the work current fell on the team, so the site was both hard for clients to use and a chore for the studio to maintain.
We rebuilt the site from the ground up as a living gallery. Clear navigation means a visitor can move through the whole studio without ever getting stranded. The portfolio changes on its own, pulling different images by the day, by the visit, and by the type of work, so it always looks fresh and shows the full range of what they do. There is no more updating pages by hand. The result is a site that finally carries the weight of the art and gives every visitor a clear path from admiring the work to booking it.
The studio knew exactly what they wanted their site to feel like, and getting the art to lead was the whole point for them. Handing off a build that finally showed the work the way they saw it, without the old navigation headaches, was a relief they felt right away.
The rebuilt site did two things at once. It gave clients a place they could actually use, with real navigation and a portfolio that shows itself off instead of hiding in a stack of static pages, and it gave the studio its time back, because the gallery keeps itself current without anyone touching it. Just as important, the new site became the destination everything else could point to. It is the home the funnels and campaigns send people to, and the reason those visitors stay long enough to book. It is still the studio's site today, and it keeps evolving on its own.
