Before

Bon The Builders had a website that looked fine but did not help much with getting clients. A lot of work was handled by hand, which made it easy to miss follow ups and hard to stay organized. The goal was to turn the site into a tool that brings in leads and support it with a simple system for tracking work.

What we did

We rebuilt the website around clear services, proof, and strong calls to action so visitors know what to do next. We also set up a simple pipeline for inquiries and projects so the team could track leads, jobs, and next steps in one place. This reduced manual tasks and helped the business run smoother as demand grew.

How they felt

Before Sun Locke, we were doing a lot by hand and it was stressful. They rebuilt our site so it works like a real tool, not just a page online. Then they set up systems that helped us stay organized as we grew. Now we can handle more work and still keep our standards. I’m excited about the future again.

Outcome

The new site increased the quality of inquiries and made it easier for people to reach out and book work. With a clearer process and fewer manual steps, Bon The Builders stayed more organized and could take on more projects without sacrificing quality. The team reported less stress and more confidence in planning ahead.
